MONSOON MALIBAR (India) FULL BODY

Medium Roast: This unique coffee is allowed to be dry-processed by permitting the coffee to "age" through the annual Monsoon season, which reduces the beans acidity, and then is allowed to dry in its natural state. The cup exhibits a heavy, syrupy  body with low acidity, a clean taste that is slightly winey and spicy.
